Commercial licence — Vehicle Fitment for Shopify

This licence governs the buyer ZIP vehicle-fitment-shopify-v1.3.0.zip and any later release obtained from the same seller.

What the licence grants

One paid licence permits one Shopify store to:

install and use the section, its stylesheet and its JavaScript on that store, including unpublished and development themes belonging to the same store;
modify the files for that store's own needs;
use the section on any number of products and templates within that store;
keep using the installed version after the support period ends.

A Shopify store is identified by its Shopify store domain. Development, staging and unpublished themes of the same store are included in the same licence.

Additional stores

Each additional Shopify store requires an additional licence, unless an Agency or Unlimited licence was purchased. The Agency licence covers up to ten stores owned by the buyer or by the buyer's clients. The Unlimited licence covers any number of stores.

What the licence does not grant

The buyer may not:

resell, sublicense, rent, lease or redistribute the files, in original or modified form;
publish the files in a public repository, theme marketplace, bundle, template pack or course;
include the files in a product or service whose main value is the section itself;
claim authorship of the original work;
use the seller's name or branding to promote a derivative product.

Support and updates

Support period: 12 months from the date of purchase, covering installation of the supplied files and defects reproducible in an unmodified supported Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme.
Included during the support period: bug fixes, compatibility updates for Shopify platform changes, and reasonable installation guidance by email.
Not included: sourcing or verifying vehicle data, confirming physical part fitment, theme redesign, custom feature development, third-party theme conflicts, or migrating customisations.
Updates are delivered through the same download channel used at purchase. Receiving an update does not extend the support period.

Refunds

This is a digital product delivered immediately. Because the files are non-returnable, purchases are final once the download has been accessed, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. If the delivered files are defective and the seller cannot correct the defect, the seller will refund the purchase.

Buyers in the European Union acknowledge that, by accessing the download, they request immediate performance and lose the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.

No warranty of fitment accuracy

The section is a tool for displaying compatibility data supplied by the merchant. It does not contain vehicle data and does not verify physical compatibility of any part. The merchant remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for any statement made to its customers. The section is provided "as is", without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The seller's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
