Terms of sale

Last updated: 14 September 2026. These terms apply to every purchase of the Vehicle Fitment Shopify section.

1. Who sells

The seller is Jakub Frasunek, business ID (IČO) 14278502, Děčínská 552/1, Střížkov, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, contact jakub@printerhive.com. The checkout provider acts as the seller of record for tax purposes, remits any VAT or sales tax due, and issues the invoice on the seller's behalf.

2. What you buy

You buy a non-exclusive licence to use the supplied digital files in accordance with the licence. You do not buy ownership of the files, and the files are not resold or redistributed by you.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital: a download link is provided at the end of the checkout and by email. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euro and exclude VAT where applicable. Where the checkout provider is the seller of record, it determines and remits any VAT or sales tax due in the buyer's jurisdiction and shows the final amount before payment.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

Digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. By accessing the download you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. A purchase is refunded when the delivered files are defective and the seller cannot correct the defect within a reasonable period. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

6. Support

Support covers installation of the supplied files and defects reproducible in an unmodified supported Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme for 12 months from purchase. It does not cover sourcing or verifying vehicle data, confirming physical part fitment, theme redesign, custom development, or third-party theme conflicts.

7. Acceptable use

You must not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or bundle the files, or present them as your own work. You must not use the section to make compatibility claims you cannot support.

8. No warranty of fitment accuracy

The section displays compatibility data that you supply. It contains no vehicle database and does not verify the physical fitment of any part. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and for statements made to your customers. The section is provided "as is" and the seller's total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
